If you're reading this, it was probably one of those days — the kind where you gave everyone your patience and kept very little for yourself. I put this little book together for days exactly like that, so there would always be something here waiting for you.

So here's the plan: you don't have to be the principal for the rest of the night. No emails, no policies, no fires to put out. These pages are just for you.
